Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1 year of experience in: strong written and oral communication and research skills.
• Experience with the pre-award process, grant proposal development and submission, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to eligible applicants and identify funding opportunities.
• Develop materials to aid in proposal development (narratives, letters of support, guidelines).",
• Facilitate meetings, seminars, and workshops on grant writing.
• Manage preparation of grant proposal packages and support entities through submission.
• Liaise with WV Water Development Authority to encourage collaboration.
• Interpret funding opportunities and develop budgets.
• Guide applicants in filling grant applications and uploading documents.
• Maintain meeting records and project files.
