Nonprofit Security Advisors (NPSA) is seeking a skilled grant writer to guide clients from contract through submission, owning the outcome and coordinating kickoff calls. You will gather facility details, incident history, and supporting documents to build a compelling Investment Justification.

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload from contract to submission as the primary client contact.
• Write the Investment Justification and narrative explaining threat picture and investments.
• Scope security needs and map items to Authorized Equipment List codes.
• Prepare and assemble submission packages for upload or state submission.
• Track registrations and coordinate with state agencies to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
