Job summary

The Salvation Army of Dane County is seeking a Grants Manager to research, write, and manage grants from public, private, and corporate funders in collaboration with the Social Services and Development teams.

You will develop a grant management system, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate relationships with funders to secure ongoing program funding and reporting. This role reports to the Development team and participates in budget and HMIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible in government funding or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with TSA insurance.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, write, submit, and administer grants from public and private funders.
• Develop and maintain a grant management system to track opportunities, deadlines, awards and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Social Services and Development teams to align opportunities with program priorities.
