edjassociates is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the National Science Foundation on a six-month, month-to-month assignment. The role is hybrid, with potential to be onsite full-time at NSF headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.

The successful candidate will provide daily administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the peer review process, identify experts for panels, manage data in NSF systems, and draft budget analyses.

• Provide daily administrative and programmatic support to facilitate the peer review process.
• Identify technical and commercial experts to participate on scientific review panels.
• Enter key data into NSF systems and manage supporting documents for review panels.
• Assist Program Directors by reviewing proposal budgets and drafting review analyses.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and calendars, conduct data analysis, and prepare reports.
• Plan and support small and medium meetings, and correspond with grantees and reviewers via email and telephone.
