Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting background, specializing in grants, contracts, or nonprofit/government-funded environments.
• Advanced GAAP, grant accounting, internal controls, and 2 CFR 200 knowledge.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, financial systems, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• CPA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Accounting and Responsibilities: Billing & invoicing for Medicaid-based services, AR management, and customer statements.
• Grants Accountant II Responsibilities: Invoices, drawdowns, financial reports, and grant-specific entries.
• Shared Compliance and Collaboration: Maintain audit-ready records and support internal controls and HIPAA compliance where applicable.
