Strong detail orientation and adaptability are essential for this position. Key duties include coordinating development activity tracking, supporting audits, and managing receivables and payables for grants and properties, while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3 years of relevant experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll or general ledger.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, general ledger systems, and Excel; familiarity with SAGE Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activity tracking and analysis for programs.
• Assist in annual financial audits by collecting records and preparing schedules.
• Review construction/grant reporting and reconcile custodial and loan accounts.
• Prepare technical accounting work for federal, state, and local grants.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash requirements.
• Prepare receivables invoices for grants, residents, properties, and developments.
• Code and post cash payments; monitor credit card vouchers and policy compliance.
• Meet internal and external reporting deadlines; assist with budgeting and process improvements.
