Job summary

The role collaborates with Chiefs, PIs, and Research Administration leadership, coordinating onboarding, time reporting, and expenditure approvals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 1-3 years of Research Administration experience or 2+ years of related experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor purchases, actual, and encumbered expenses and salary distributions using internal systems.
• Provide investigators with regular financial status reports and projections to avoid deficits.
• Manage time and effort reporting for defined areas and coordinate with PIs and leadership.
