Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 1 year grants, contracts, finance, and budget-related experience in healthcare, academic, research or corporate setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe; ability to use internal research systems.

Responsibilities

• Initiates pre-application meetings and creates proposal timelines for complex submissions.
• Acts as liaison among Proposal Development, Grants & Contracts Pre-Award, and Principal Investigators to meet deadlines.
• Develops budgets and budget justifications ensuring sponsor and institutional alignment.
• Reviews funding announcements and ensures investigators understand unique requirements.
• Management of pre-award activities and entry of proposals into CRI systems with status monitoring.
