Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking an experienced administrator to manage a portfolio of grants, oversee proposal preparation, budgets, and post-award activities, and coordinate reporting and tracking systems. The role liaises with the Center Business Office, Principal Investigators, and administrative staff.

You will ensure compliance with sponsor policies, monitor fiscal processes, and support grant lifecycle from proposal to closeout in a collaborative research environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• At least five (5) years administrative/management experience OR three (3) years experience and professional certification (CRA, CPA, or equivalent).
• At least two (2) years experience managing federal and non-federal grant application/award processes and post award grants management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of grants including proposal prep, fiscal process review, and budget development.
• Serve as liaison between the Center Business Office, Principal Investigators (PIs), fiscal and administrative support personnel, clinical research staff, and central Research Support Services divisions.
• Oversee grant tracking systems and reporting across awards.
