The Office of Emergency Management is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and collaborative Grant Project Specialist to support the implementation, coordination, and administration of multiple local, state, and federal grant‑funded projects. This position requires a self‑motivated individual who can manage their own schedule and tasks to ensure goals and objectives are met. This position will work with a variety of partners with varying schedules. The typical workweek is M‑F during workdays, but flexibility is needed for nights and weekend activities as required. Occasional travel to meeting sites is required. Mileage is reimbursable, and a county vehicle is available. This is a term‑limited grant‑funded position. Individuals hired into limited‑term positions are eligible for County benefits; however, the position is limited in duration, depending on available funding or business need.
