Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of related experience in business, accounting or personnel operations including supervisory experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities with deadlines.
• Write and develop grant proposals and coordinate submissions.
• Provide management, guidance in proposals, and sponsored agreements following guidelines (Uniform Guidance, PVAMU policies).
• Plan, coordinate technology transfer, commercialization, patents and IP tasks.
• Administer and manage programs, provide consulting and technical assistance.
• Prepare, analyze and collect data for reports; maintain financial accounts and budgets.
• Analyze internal processes and propose policy or procedural changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
