• Experience directing large-scale public health program operations.

• Direct program planning, implementation, and evaluation for HIV Care, HIV/STI Prevention, Hepatitis, and Data‑to‑Action programs.
• Oversee operational activities for a 47-person unit with cross‑program coordination.
• Manage and evaluate contracted services with community-based agencies, local health departments, universities, clinics, and hospitals.
• Monitor compliance with federal grant requirements and state program standards.
• Coordinate statewide partnerships with national, state, regional, and local stakeholders.
