Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Grant Program Supervisor to lead a federally funded integrated care initiative and supervise staff across Central Illinois. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum three years supervising staff on grant-funded or regulated programs.
• Experience managing grant deliverables, timelines, and compliance activities.
• Experience collaborating with finance on grants budgets, expenditures, invoicing or budget monitoring.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Coordinator for the Promoting Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care (PIPBHC) grant program.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation, ongoing operations, and programmatic activities.
• Monitor grant deliverables, timelines, performance measures, and reporting requirements.
• Provide supervision, training, guidance, and support to staff assigned to the PIPBHC program.
• Ensure timely collection, analysis, and submission of program data and reports.
• Evaluate program outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance on grant expenditures, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, grant, and payer requirements.
• Prepare reports and documentation for leadership.
