Job summary

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Grant Program Supervisor to lead the implementation and daily operations of a federally funded integrated care initiative serving communities throughout Central Illinois.

This hands-on role will supervise staff, coordinate grant activities, monitor performance, ensure reporting compliance, and collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, data teams, and partners to strengthen integrated care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field as listed.
• Experience supervising staff on large grant-funded or regulated programs.
• Experience managing grant deliverables, timelines, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and daily operations of a federally funded integrated care initiative.
• Supervise staff and coordinate complex grant activities.
• Monitor program performance, reporting requirements, and compliance with federal grant expectations.
