• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in grant management, project management, healthcare operations, compliance, or related areas.
• Basic financial management and reporting skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day grant operations, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the primary liaison for grant stakeholders, partners, and funding representatives.
• Track grant expenditures, reimbursements, and budget utilization in collaboration with Finance.
• Coordinate data collection, performance measurement, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and submit grant progress, financial, and outcome reports.
• Monitor compliance with grant requirements, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and community partners to support project success.
• Develop dashboards, presentations, and summaries for leadership.
• Maintain organized grant documentation and support audits, evaluations, and site visits.
• Promote continuous improvement and document program outcomes and best practices.
