Job summary

The Division of Administrative Services/Justice and Community Services of the State of West Virginia seeks an entry‑level Justice Grants and Program Analyst I. The role oversees grant-in-aid programs, coordinates with advisory committees, and reviews sub-grant applications for completeness and accuracy while establishing clear metrics for evaluation.

The analyst will develop monitoring reports covering all aspects of grant oversight, conduct on-site and off-site monitoring, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more federal or state grant-in-aid programs; coordinate with advisory committees and work groups.
• Review sub-grant applications for completeness and accuracy; evaluate goals and objectives to establish metrics.
• Develop and update comprehensive sub-grant monitoring reports covering grant oversight.
• Perform on-site and off-site monitoring of funded grant activities and ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
