Job summary

Fidelity Charitable in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to join the Premium Services team. You will be the primary point of contact for processing and researching grant recommendations for UHNW donors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will manage standard and non-standard grant requests, monitor SLA's, produce reports, and communicate status to stakeholders, while guiding colleagues to meet donors' philanthropic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years Financial Sales or Service, Major or Principal Gifts, or UHNW background required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with good follow-through.
• Strong organizational, planning, multitasking, time management.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk.
• Familiarity with Fidelity systems (XTRAC, RepApp) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and research grant recommendations for High Net Worth donors.
• Handle standard and non-standard grant requests and meet SLAs.
• Monitor the Grant Team Inbox and prioritize expedited requests.
• Produce ad hoc grant reporting and run scripts for bulk grants.
• Provide status updates to PDG Service.
• Guide and educate Fidelity Charitable staff to meet UHNW donor needs.
