Job summary

Fidelity Charitable, part of Fidelity Investments, seeks a Manager of Grant Operations in Westlake, TX. This role leads Core Grant Operations, auditing high-dollar grant recommendations and supervising queues while coordinating onboarding, training, and vendor oversight.

You will partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance to assess grant approvability and manage overall performance metrics. The manager will drive planning for peak Giving Season, oversee recruitment, and promote process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated ability in service operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Workflow Management

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work distribution to Core Grant Operations team associates.
• Monitor aged premium work items/queues and follow up to ensure timely transaction processing.
• Assist the operations management and Philanthropic Relationship Management team with the timely completion of team and departmental projects.
• Assist in developing resource requirements, planning, and hiring in preparation for Giving Season.
• Oversee new associate onboarding specifically with access and ensure training is scheduled.
• Identify process efficiencies and/or technology enhancements to improve operations.
