  • Bridges multiple funding sources and ensures execution meets funding constraints and contract obligations.
  • Supports performance-based contracting and compliance with funding rules.

Description of Work

This position serves as the operational owner for a portfolio of funding streams, including state-funded programs, federal-funded programs, special appropriations, non-standard funding sources, and other funding traditional grant funding sources. Unlike traditional grant management roles, this position is responsible for coordinating across multiple funding sources simultaneously, ensuring alignment between program intent, funding requirements, and operational execution. The role bridges Program, Budget/Finance, and Contracts to ensure funding is planned, implemented, and monitored effectively.

Salary Range: $52,592.00-$92,036.00 Recruitment Range: $52,592.00-$87,788.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they have the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The following Management Preferences are not required, but applicants that possess these skills are preferred. Familiarity and experience with 2CFR200 Experience with Performance Based Contracts Completion of the NCCM Certification Position is 100% funded through federal funds.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or other discipline related to the area of assignment from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of progressive related experience, one year of which should be in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
