The role acts as a centralized resource ensuring compliant, efficient grant execution across G&W’s network. The position partners with engineering, procurement and finance teams and requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with strong program management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Experience in grant management in transportation or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of federal and state grant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-award grant execution and procurement to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain project plans for major grants with budgets and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement to ensure proper execution scope and accountabilities.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance and other stakeholders to drive grant processes.
• Assist leadership to co-chair Project Execution Committee and review status quarterly.
• Develop strategies to streamline grant processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of grant-funded projects.
