Job summary

Coyote Agency in New Jersey is seeking a dynamic Grant Coordinator to identify, apply for, and manage grants that support our mission.

You will draft proposals, develop budgets, monitor compliance, and report to funders while collaborating across departments to align projects with funder priorities. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in grant writing or fundraising are required; certifications such as GPC or CGW are valued.

Qualifications

• Identify and apply for grants to secure funding.
• Draft, review, and submit complete grant proposals.
• Collaborate with finance and program departments to develop budgets and financial narratives.
• Monitor and coordinate the administration of awarded grants to ensure compliance with funder requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments to gather data and information for proposals and reports.
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar and database to track deadlines, reporting schedules, and award statuses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding agency contacts to stay informed about priorities.
• Prepare and submit programmatic and financial reports to funders for active grants.
