Central Ohio Youth for Christ seeks a strategic Grants Coordinator to lead grant development and management, identify funding opportunities, write compelling proposals, and manage reporting in collaboration with ministry, program staff, and the Finance Department.

The ideal candidate is a strong researcher and writer with excellent organization, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing COYFC's mission to serve young people and families in Central Ohio.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in grant research, proposal writing, fundraising, or nonprofit development.
• Experience with private foundations, corporations, and government funding sources preferred.
• Knowledge of grant compliance, financial tracking, outcome measurement, and reporting preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify funding opportunities and manage grant research across private, corporate, family, and government funders.
• Write compelling grant proposals and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and funder guidelines.
• Coordinate grant implementation, budgets, timelines, and required reporting with ministry leaders and the Finance Department.
• Monitor progress, outcomes, and compliance, and prepare progress, reimbursement, and final reports.
