Human Options Inc. is seeking a Grants Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of institutional funders from prospecting to renewal. You will coordinate across departments to keep proposals moving toward submission and ensure all materials are received on time.

You will lead content development for proposals and reports, craft compelling written materials, and maintain grant records in Raiser's Edge and Instrumentl, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• Three years of grant-writing experience involving government, private, and corporate funders preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• One to two years of demonstrated project-management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Raiser's Edge (or similar CRM).
• Familiarity with domestic violence programs is a plus.

• Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of institutional funders across the full grant lifecycle.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure grant proposals and reports are submitted on schedule.
• Prepare grant proposals, reports, and related materials for diverse funders.
• Maintain grant records and deadlines in Raiser's Edge and Instrumentl.
• Monitor compliance and deliverables, elevating issues as needed.
• Support program leadership with grant startup, reporting, and budgeting.
