Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees overdose prevention and substance use activities funded by the COSSUP grant.
• Provides supervisory support to Community Safety Navigators in outreach and service connection.
• Collaborates with public safety, public health, and behavioral health entities to improve referrals.
• Manages data tracking and reporting for outreach, engagement, and service linkage.
• Coordinates distribution of harm reduction supplies and connects individuals to housing, treatment, and recovery resources.
