Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-site research projects and teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all phases of assigned research projects, including recruitment, screening, follow-up, intervention, data collection, and data management.
• Monitor grant expenditures and subcontractor budgets; develop budget projections and assist with annual reports.
• Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports for external funding agencies and assist with grant proposals.
• Develop and maintain collaborations with participating research sites, investigators, and subcontractors.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate research personnel, including assistants and field staff.
• Support data analysis training and supervise analysis activities.
• Plan steering committee meetings and other working group sessions.
• Support the production of self-guided and multimedia educational resources.
• Contribute to publications and manuscript development.
• Design and conduct formative and pilot studies; facilitate focus groups.
• Provide leadership support and act as PI designee when needed.
