Job summary

The North Slope Borough seeks a Program Administrator to develop, analyze, and coordinate social service programs in Barrow, AK. You will work under the Department to plan, evaluate, and report on outcomes, and support the NSB Health Board.

This role may be grant funded and ends with grant completion; employee notified if funding status changes. Strong data reporting, coordination, and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or Public/Business Administration or comparable fields.
• Two years of experience with North Slope Borough policies and procedures.
• Valid Alaska driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and analyze social service programs.
• Coordinate program planning and data reporting.
• Oversee department operations and staff training.
• Interface with the NSB Health Board and other agencies.
