Job summary

North Slope Borough is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Barrow, AK to lead behavioral health clinicians, counselors, and case managers. You will plan daily operations, ensure quality of care, and support program development with the Deputy Director of Behavioral Health.

The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, Alaska licensure (or eligibility within 60 days), and at least three years post-Master's clinical experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current licensed practitioner in Alaska or ability to become licensed within 60 days of hire (psychology, social work LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
• Three years post-Master's clinical experience; one year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to license-eligible staff and supervise clinical staff; assign cases and ensure coverage.
• Lead oversight of client care, document reviews, and quality assurance across charts (electronic and paper).
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and grant conditions; oversee training planning and performance evaluations.
