Job summary

Atlantic Cape Community College seeks an internal candidate to lead grant programs within the Digital Literacy Training Program, reporting to the Dean of Workforce Development. This 100% grant-funded role supports student success and community engagement by coordinating intake, training delivery, and program reporting to the college and partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Three to five years of experience working with funded programs.
Experience with the development and delivery of training programs.
Experience with Workforce Development Boards and state/federal agencies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Supervises staff assigned to grant programs.
Serves as contact person for assigned grant programs.
Supervises and coordinates all activities related to assigned grant programs.
Coordinates participant intake and pre/post-testing.
Attends/conducts required staff, partner, and technical meetings.
Collects, compiles, and reports participant data to the College and required agencies.
Creates and supervises required program schedules.
Maintains participant data and oversees the maintenance of participant files.
Presents workshops, training sessions, and information sessions as needed.
Recruits, screens, and recommends new hires and evaluates staff.
Represents the Digital Literacy Training Program at internal and external events.
