• Strong organizational and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the 21st CCLC program per grant application, goals, and NJDOE requirements.
• Monitor activities to ensure services align with program design.
• Oversee program budget and ensure expenditures align with the approved application.
• Ensure all grant deliverables and timelines are met, submit required reports by deadlines.
• Supervise Site Coordinators and staff; coordinate and facilitate staff orientation.
