Responsibilities

• Provides skills training and development to clients in group and individual settings as guided by medical necessity.
• Collaborates with the treatment team to assess clients and revise treatment plans.
• Advocates for clients to ensure access to needed services and community resources.
• Operates under the Recovery Model, including AIDET and motivational interviewing.
• Provides crisis management and emergency interventions.
• Maintains timely documentation and billing procedures.
• May provide transportation using agency or personal vehicle as directed by the treatment team.
• Maintains a safe milieu and works with family and community supports to meet goals.
