Qualifications

• Valid Indiana driver’s license with driving record meeting policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides skills training in group and individual settings per treatment plan.
• Conducts client assessments and revises treatment plans with treatment team.
• Advocates for clients to access needed services and builds community resources.
• Performs crisis management and emergency interventions as needed.
• Ensures timely documentation and billing per guidelines.
