Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, education, or related field.
• Three years of experience coordinating basic needs resources in higher education or similar setting.

• Ability to work full-time on campus and manage grant-funded programs.

• Oversees resources for housing, food, transportation, health needs, and employment support for students.
• Manages day-to-day operations of Basic Needs Program areas; coordinates with college departments to connect at-risk students to services.
• Develops goals, policies, and procedures; administers program standards and compliance with grant requirements.
• Monitors budgets and expenditures; aligns spending with grant stipulations and district policies.
• Trains and evaluates staff; provides direction to food pantry operations and participant support.
