Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required; bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks required; nonprofit accounting and grant reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with audits, grants, and multiple programs/locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and classify transactions.
• Perform monthly bank and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor documentation.
• Track grant expenditures and grant reporting compliance.
• Support monthly financial reporting and audits.
• Assist with payroll-related reconciliations and records.
