Job summary

The incumbent will handle grant invoicing, tracking to the general ledger, budgeting oversight, and routine month-end close processes, reporting to the Director, Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with grant accounting and nonprofit constraints is a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle AP & AR Management.
• Grant Accounting & Billing: ensure spending aligns with grant terms; prepare monthly invoices.
• General Ledger & Month-End Close: balance sheet, reconciling accounts, monthly close.
