Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration plus 2 years of relevant experience; OR an associate's degree plus 4 years in accounting or finance.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple funding sources, budgets, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Grant Accounting & Compliance: manage grant allocations and track multi-source budgets.
• Payroll & General Accounting: process payroll, record monthly journal entries, adjust as needed.
• Grant reporting: prepare monthly expenditure reports and grant billing for funders.
• Audit readiness: maintain grant documentation and assist with agency audits.
