Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Six years of progressively responsible professional accounting experience, including general-ledger accounting, financial reporting, payroll, audits, and grant-funded operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounting and compliance functions including grant cash management, procurement, accounts receivable and billing, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Interpret fiscal requirements, monitor financial activity, resolve complex issues, and safeguard financial resources that support EOCF's programs and mission.
