Southeast Healthcare, LLC is seeking a detailed grant specialist to join the Finance Department, responsible for grant accounting, financial reporting, budget monitoring, and regulatory compliance to ensure funds are managed accurately and in line with requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze financial data while advising staff and leadership on grant spending and funding needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong accounting, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and detailed financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with grant accounting or nonprofit finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage grant accounts, ensuring accurate setup and monitoring of expenditures.
• Review transactions and payroll allocations for grant compliance.
• Prepare funding requests, financial reports, invoices, and close-out documentation.
• Collaborate with Controller, CFO, and staff to support grant management.
• Monitor grant activity for compliance with regulations.
