Oklahoma State University in Stillwater seeks a Finance professional to join the finance team providing financial services for multiple units and grants. The role supports the Finance Team Manager, prepares complex reports, and handles reconciliations and budgeting.

You will engage with faculty, staff, and students to monitor departmental and grant accounts while performing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and purchasing tasks. Strong Excel and Banner/QuickBooks experience is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administrative, Financial, or related area; degree conferred by start date.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards; ability to apply to job tasks.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, revenue and expense analyses.
• Assist with encumbrance analyses, budgeting, and grant accounting for units/departments.
• Perform accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, purchasing, and general budgeting tasks.
• Collaborate with unit/department heads, faculty, staff, and students to monitor accounts.
