Job summary

The University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise CEDaR operations and support the grant management lifecycle from proposals through post-award activities. You will collaborate with Principal Investigators, student researchers, and university offices to manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide reporting.

This role also offers dissertation support, workshop coordination, and transcription assistance for faculty and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 108 months related experience total.
• Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of CEDaR operations and support grant management processes.
• Support grant proposals, management, administration, and data analysis, and workshops for students and faculty.
• Work with Principal Investigators, student researchers, and university offices; liaise with sponsors and ORS.
• Offer graduate dissertation support, networking, and collaboration opportunities for students.
• Provide poster consultation, survey construction and transcription support for projects.
• Assist with external pre-award and post-award activities, including budgets and invoicing.
