Job summary

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission seeks a Restart Grant Coordinator to lead the grant portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with federal requirements.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate with subawardees and workforce partners, analyze data, prepare progress reports, and align services with WIOA and state workforce initiatives. On-site work is required in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for related fields.
  • Three to five years of progressive grant management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project implementation, performance management, and coordination with subawardees and partners.
  • Ensure alignment with federal requirements and performance outcomes.
  • Establish data tracking systems compliant with Department of Labor requirements; monitor milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing timely financial and programmatic progress reports to funding agencies.
  • Conduct regular analysis/evaluation of grant progress, needs, and objective attainment.
  • Coordinate services with subrecipients and workforce partners; expand employer partnerships.
