Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive grant management experience in criminal justice reform, workforce development, or social services.
  • 1 year of technical administrative experience may count for one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee grant portfolio operations and day-to-day workflows.
  • Coordinate with subrecipients, partner organizations, and state leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with federal requirements and performance outcomes.
