Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of grant management experience.
• One year of technical administrative experience may be applied for one year only of the required experience.
• No substitution will be allowed for the required professional level experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation, performance management, and coordination with subawardees and partners.
• Ensure alignment with federal grant requirements and performance outcomes.
• Establish data tracking in compliance with DoL requirements for the grant.
