Job summary

The Grants Coordinator at the Montana Board of Crime Control provides program oversight, technical assistance, and monitoring of subgrants and program evaluation for federal and state grants. Travel across the state to visit subgrantee programs and participate in annual training or conferences as required.

The role works with the Grant Program Team and Fiscal Services to ensure grant compliance and timely handling of applications, extensions, and changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Two years of directly related work experience.
  • Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
  • Degree areas include Public Administration, Business Administration, Criminal Justice or closely related field with relevant work experience in grants.
