Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or experience with accreditation/grant compliance.
• Strong background in grant accounting and financial management for non-profit organizations.
• Experience developing compliance tools, templates, and trainings desirable.
• Superior attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage grant-specific audits and assist in drafting responses.
• Follow up on post-audit and assessment action items.
• Assist in development of tools to advance audit preparedness and train teams.
• Coordinate and maintain CARF-related records and accreditation activities.
• Communicate effectively with program supervisors and maintain documentation.
