Job summary

Amity Foundation in Los Angeles is seeking a Grant Compliance Advocate to support a network of community-based organizations as sub-recipients for Care First and CFCI funds. This role ensures compliant grant administration, reviews fidelity to awarded services, and provides data-entry training and support.

The position involves on-site work with a diverse provider network, monitoring licensure, staff qualifications, and data reporting, while coordinating with the Grant Administrator and senior

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Two years of full-time administrative or programmatic experience in community-based social services.
• Lived experience with incarceration, addiction, poverty or related systems is a plus.
• Experience collecting and entering data to demonstrate deliverables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide technical assistance to subcontracted Service Providers to ensure compliance with administrative and fiscal regulations.
• Liaise with and support the network of subcontracted Service Providers.
• Provide on-the-ground evaluation and support to diverse service providers across Los Angeles County.
• Develop and issue grants or service contracts in accordance with project guidelines.
• Train subgrantees on data entry and grant reporting processes.
• Establish ongoing quality assurance monitoring and quarterly review meetings.
• Conduct program reviews and oversee corrective action plans for compliance.
