Responsibilities

• Keep client files and communications organized in shared folders; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Track documents, state guidance, and reference content to support the team.
• Coordinate a caseload through compliance phase for 25–50 clients, scaling to 100 in year one.
• Serve as point of contact with State Administering Agency (SAA) for trainings and portal access.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce CRM and use Asana to report progress and milestones.
• Assist in preparing RFPs, vendor selection memos, and final grant closeout paperwork.
