Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of grant budgeting, accounting, or financial analysis experience (higher education or public sector preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and revise grant budget narratives.
  • Collaborate with Grants and Contracts Accounting to ensure budget modifications are in the University Accounting System.
  • Reconcile expenditures to ensure charges are allocable to approved plans and current grant year.
  • Prepare budget revision requests for submission to DOE.
  • Review time and effort reports to ensure alignment with approved plans.
