Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with government contract and grant reporting requirements.
  • Familiarity with government procurement/contract management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with finance and program teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and cost reports.
  • Analyze contract cost activity and reconcile with the general ledger.
  • Review contract receivables and reconcile outstanding claims, billings, and payments received.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports and updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide requested documentation and information.
  • Respond to requests for financial and contract-related information in a timely manner.
  • Assist with additional finance, contract, and grant-related projects as needed.

Summary:
