Job summary

The Elba Hope Foundation is seeking a Grant Writer to lead fundraising initiatives from the Development Department, focusing on grant writing, proposal ownership, and grants prospect research. This remote role supports a US-wide operations with a weekly outputs and deadlines.

You will maintain a live grants pipeline, draft high-quality proposals, and collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and budgets. Part-time, flexible schedule with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of grant writing experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with grant budgets, pipelines, and funder communications.
• Familiarity with grant databases and CRM/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a live grants pipeline in Asana and Hubspot.
• Write, edit, and submit grant proposals, concept notes, and LOIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and budgets for grants.
• Manage 6–12 month forward-looking grant pipeline and calendars.
• Support reporting and funder relationships with timely updates.
