Elba Hope Foundation is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer for a remote, project-based contract to support our 2026 campaigns and ongoing communications needs.

You will design social assets, print and web materials, and Canva templates using Adobe Creative Suite; collaborate with the US Communications Manager; and manage multiple deliverables with tight timelines and iterative feedback while staying on brand.

Competenze

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house).
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma is a plus.
• Experience designing event assets (programs, menus, step-and-repeat, save the date, etc).
• Strong visual storyteller with ability to work iteratively and with minimal supervision.

• Design high-quality visual assets aligned with campaign strategies and brand guidelines.
• Ensure visual consistency across all communications materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Manage multiple deliverables with quick turnaround timelines during active campaigns.
• Oversee production of core programmatic assets with the US Communications Manager, ensuring brand alignment.
• Maintain organization of assets in design library for internal access.
